    Architecture Guide to Rome

    Bought a set of three for my son who is in college as an Architecture major. He hasn't used them yet as guides in any of the cities, but he enjoyed looking at them and really liked them as a gift. I am a bit worried about how well the paper stock will hold up when actually being used during a trip, as it it a bit flimsier than I expected and while it is glossy, it is not really laminated to protect it from tearing or from moisture.

    The honest review is that the Rome pamphlet is so low-contrast (black on red) that it's almost illegible and thus pretty hard to use. I really was excited to support a small business, and I really appreciate their mission, but truthfully it was something I took on my trip and was never able to use.
